About Carolyn Spicuzza

Picture of Carolyn Spicuzza

Born in Staunton, Virginia, I have been a resident of the Shenandoah Valley all of my life. I am a graduate of Mary Baldwin College, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1987. I am the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award for outstanding production and the 2014 Gold Club Award for over 5 million in sales. I am also a certified New Home Specialist.

It is my belief that successful selling requires a passion for matching products with clients in a professional and deliberate manner. I like to regard my client relationships as a PARTNERSHIP with both parties working to achieve a goal.

I am passionate about the Valley and what it has to offer. I have always called it home and it would be both a privilege and a pleasure to help LEAD you HOME!

Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping families find a place to call home!
